Thread Title Editing

Hey,
I Just Opened This Thread.

And, When I Clicked On New Posts Few Minutes Later, I Saw The Thread In The List, I Double Clicked Accidentally On The Frame Of The Thread And I Got This:

I Was Able To Edit The Title Of The Thread From Outside .
Is This Feature Meant To Be There? lol

I Just Wanted To Show This To The Members, Maybe It Might Help Someone One Day, And Ask You(Admins) About It.

Yes it is ... I don't know why I thought It was you who taught me about this longtime ago, or maybe it was El-Meghwar or Rami_s !!!!

members can delete and edit their own threads and posts (for a period of time), so why they won't be able to edit the thread's title ?
so there's no problem in the access, what happened was normal
