whereas double speed is subjected to feasibility study means that the farther you are from they're office at your town, the less the speed .
ya3ne if you're 2km away from their office your double speed will be less than a person who is 1km away.

They are studying the case of providing unlimited traffic and double speed at night... It is not applied yet...

Unlimited traffic: All download and upload activities are not counted...
Double speed: If you have 512kbs download and 64kbs upload it will double to 1024kbs download and 128kbs upload... (Theoretically speaking)...

IDM is the best ISP in lebanon

reasons :
1 - technical support ra2i3in , they even call u back to see if ur connection is workin and everything is ok

2 - IDM(DSL) - DSP is GDS which is the best DSP in lebanon without doubt

3 - wa2ta 2adamit talab 3al DSL , i told them inno 3eyiz internet bi sir3a ,they said iza 2dirina 2akhadnelak L number min l ogero bi sir3a mna3tik iza ma 2dirna ra7h na3tik wise connection for free . w thats what happened after 1 week , 3atoune wise connection for FREE la 1 month ta keno rakaboule l DSL

but the most important thing is the technical supprort .

about the ping issue , all companies 3andoun yeha in lebanon . just call them and sure 3andoun a solution for ur problem.
