Default VISP problems?

Hello there,

As i know vcoderz has many VISP users, is everyone facing problems opening main websites and utilities such as youtube facebook msn and such?
The connection has been very unstable for the last few days it keeps cutting and latency so unstable varying between 170ms and 4000ms unlike usually.

Is all VISP users facing this problem or it's just me?

I've being trying to open MSN messenger and hotmail.com along with other websites since yesterday morning but it didn't work. I tried it at work, at home and at my friend house and all give the same results. We called our local internet provider and he confirmed these problems, he said El machkal min el cherke.

VISP is using a strategy to lower its bandwidth by stopping the main utilities and websites that consume and used the most.
So was fastnet closed?

Yeah, as VISP users, we're having problems.
Is the problems of VISP related to what the ministry did? Anyone have some information?
And why the **** I'm unable to ping any host right now!
I'm also suffering after connecting to a VPN located in California. The DNS most of the times don't resolve the address.

VISP is changing some wireless and broadband machines, especially the upload wireless satellites and now they r using their backup cache..

Over 400,000 users have the same problem now,it will be back again tonight (after midnight) or maybe tomorrow between morning and afternoon.

Yes no one can ping to any host..but u can ping to some network VISP's servers 172.16.29.1,172.16.28.1 and 172.16.30.1
