Man you're mixing between being an employee and working in general. You can have your own job. I know those guys are talented to do it this fast but note that it's also possible to do it if you work on long term plan regardless of how talented you are. a relative of mine is making a fortune currently and he's close to 40s. I am one of the persons that work on long term plans, eno i dont seek getting rich very fast, i try to go up step by step, i have a dream to own a company, a big company, Research and development lab + software + web applications and servers. for the moment im working on a part of it, eventhough i finished a part of my education, i work in paralelle with my job on my self. every day i study more i search more.
this is the non stopping journey.

personly im not seeking money from all of this im seeking personal knowledge and a dream to have research labs in lebanon and our own industry military industry.
I wont deny that money is vey essential but it is not the center, it is a detail as xcoder said.

I have been working since many years, im very known of blowing my motivation anywhere i work, even if its not MY WORK DOMAIN, but let's face it, duties are duties, responsibilities are responsibilities. I used to work at a very young age: barber's shop, Air Conditioning contracting, DJ in nightclubs then as a graphic designer but due to hard issues i had to change my job.

Right now, Im working into SALES of Computer/Desktop/Laptop, communication materials and such... Im not happy with my job cuz its not my dream job but I get to meet many ppl from different type of thoughts, positions and requirements, etc... Basically long story short, EXPERIENCE...

Everyone's salary isn't enough, if u have duties to pay or to fill, u must at least work double shifts or have two jobs in Lebanon that's for sure. but what keeps me motivated at my work place are my work mates, they are more than amazing, different ages, religions, political views, and kel wahad aslab menel tene lol. we kinda work hard and have some fun while doing it... so i spend most of my time btw university and work.
