By the way, "VersioN 1.1" is more powerful than "Version 1.1".

Yeah, the link is working fine.
There is a lot of people downloading it that's why the download fails.
I tested the download link a minute ago from Ultra-Surf and it is working fine.
The reason I used Ultra-Surf is because my ISP (VISP) depends on caching. And since John put the zip file name the same as the previous one, it still appears to me to be the previous version zip file. (Even if I download it).

So try to download again. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
