Ladies n Gentlemen, Lebanon is turning grey, green is something we miss.
Do u like trees??? Basically, trees are being replaced by villas, houses, buildings, etc... Are u with or against killing trees (nature basically) just to build buildings? Quote:

where the f*** is the civil engineering (hek shi) , there should be rules for building in green areas. lebanon is known to be the only arabic country with so much green in it , and now its turning to another desert one.

There is a solution to this problem (it also happens to be a solution to many of the worlds problems), STOP HAVING SO MANY DAMN BABIES.
There are too many people in Lebanon (and the world), and the number keeps increasing, and more people need some place to live, and soon there will be no room in Lebanon for everyone. And the trees won't be the only problem because overpopulation also brings poverty and suffering. Every couple should have one baby, that's a very good solution, eventually the population will decrease to a more convenient number and then every couple can start having two kids. Now I'm against making a law or anything to put this solution in action, but people need to start using common sense. It's not they who will suffer the consequence, it's their beloved kids who will suffer. So, if you love your kids, have only one. It's better to have one happy child then ten miserable ones. P.S: Sorry about the angry outburst but this issue has been on my mind for a long time now

Well in my opinion the main problem is legislation. If the government put a certain restrain on the percentage of buildings allowed in the green regions we will always have our forests.
For example: In my hometown Bologna only 17% building are allowed. So this way the trees will be saved and we will always have our beloved forests. On the other hand family planning is very necessary. The bigger the number of the kids in the family is, the more we need to use our natural resources. So therefore we should limit our birth rates.
