time heals everythin... u just have to be patient and everythin will be alright
akid ull always remember the gd times w heik but reserve for these memories a special place in ur mind and live ur life as it is... nothin comes back but u might have a greater future ahead of u so why do u want to keep urself stuck in the past?

by the way, Justin great thread

Two years ago I lost my father and the only two things that helped me overcome my saddness were my family and prayers...
My family was like a shoulder to cry on, a place where everyone shared the same pain, and talking with my mom and sisters about my dad made me feel a lot better...As for Praying, it was a way of communicating with my father and feeling his presence...you get the feeling that someone's watching over you...
Also dreaming of the person you lost puts you at ease knowing that this person is happy and has finally found peace.

Well each case has its own remedy:
In the case of a break up eat too much chocolat, it is very good and sleeping is too (believe me, i know)
In the case of death, i suggest prayer and sharing. Once you pray for this person you will feel like you are helping them and sharing those sad feeling with someone close will help you forget.
