How do u know ur in love?!

what are the symptoms?

Ha Ha Ha believe me when you are in love you will be the first to know. The symptoms are (well at least for me

- you only think of the person you are in love with
- you feel like the world is all pinkish with little fluffy bunnies
- you cannot stop smiling and you find everything around you happy
- if you are away from your beloved you cannot stop worrying and you become very restless
-you feel like your emotional state has changed (you're either too happy or too sad)
-you spend your day daydreaming about meeting your love and seeing her....
-you are very sure that your life cannot go on without this person

There is much more but these are the worst symptoms.

when somehting happens to him/her u feel terrible
u always want to c her/him, u need to be with.... all the time.

What we're talking about is much less than 'Love'.. Love is an imaginary feeling, perfect, that doesnt exist, but everyone believes it does, and yet tries to reach it..
We feel lots of things towards each other.. Im just not sure that 'love' is really one of them..


And btw.. you sound like my 'full of philosophy' english teacher :P

actualy I disagree, I think love is selfish
the only person we ever love is ourselves, what we feel towards others is simply out of interest. I will elaborate

I love my friend because he(she) is funny, generous, and simply fun to be around. if that friend of mine becomes boring backstabbing and selfish, I would stop feeling the love that I feel for him/her now

when you're in love with someone, you want to be with them. if they choose someone else, even though they might be happy with that someone, you will still be hurt, if that person betrays you, you might even start to hate him, why? because it is about you, love is always about self interest

I hate my chemistry teacher. she gives bad grades, she might be a great cook, a funny person... but that doesn't interest me, what matters is what I get out of this, which is nothing hence the hate

there is no such thing as selfless acts, even when you give a dollar to the poor you're expecting something out of it, whether you realise it or not

we can make a seperate thread about this and I have my arguments

What You are Talking about is not True Love

When there is true love all what i mentioned will apply, believe me i got into this stage.
