why is the internet so bad in lebanon?

But that doesn't make your connection any good, what we wait to reach here is at least 2mbps connection speed and 40-50ms latency, that will make us somewhere close to the real internet world.

What would you say to the people who are living in Canada France or U.S with < 10ms latency.
We are light years away from the average.
