Aouns conditions for meeting with Joker Beik?

لا يزال اللقاء المنتظر بين رئيس «اللقاء الديمقراطي» النائب وليد جنبلاط ورئيس تكتل «التغيير والإصلاح» النائب ميشال عون معلقا بانتظار حلحلة بعض «الالتباسات». وكان عون قد صرح في الاجتماع الأخير لكتلته الأربعاء الماضي بأن «ظروف اللقاء لم تتم بعد، ولم يبحث بعد برنامج العمل حتى نقول لأي سبب لم يتم التفاهم. وحتمية التحولات التي تحصل توصل إلى هنا، ويجب ألا نستبق الأمور». أما مصادر جنبلاط فتشير إلى أنه أبدى كامل استعداده لعقد هذا اللقاء، ولا إشكالات تحول دون إتمامه في المضمون، لكن الاتفاق على موعده لم يتم حتى الآن بسبب الاختلاف على المكان.

وقد علمت «الشرق الأوسط» أن عون يصر على مكان له رمزيته «المارونية»، الأمر الذي يرفضه جنبلاط. وقد كان الاقتراح الأول أن يجتمع الاثنان في منزل صديق مشترك، إلا أن عون غير رأيه وطلب أن يتم اللقاء في مطرانية بيروت المارونية، فرفض جنبلاط حتى لا يثير أي حساسيات مع البطريرك الماروني نصر الله صفير، واقترح أن يتم الاجتماع في مجلس النواب أو في قصر بعبدا برعاية رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان، فرفض عون الاقتراحين مفضلا أن يتم اللقاء في إحدى الكنائس في منطقة الشوف.

كان قد تردد أن عون يشترط على جنبلاط لإتمام اللقاء مرافقته في جولة على مناطق الشوف، تكون شبيهة بالجولة التي كرست المصالحة بين جنبلاط والبطريرك صفير في عام 2001. كما أشارت معلومات إلى أن «اللقاء سيتم، على الأرجح، في كنيسة شوفية مارونية»، ليكون عون بذلك قد كرر الصورة التي رافقت لقاءه الأمين العام لـ«حزب الله» السيد حسن نصر الله الذي تم في كنيسة مار مخايل في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت التي شهدت إعلان التفاهم بين «حزب الله» و«التيار الوطني الحر». وقد نفى وزير الأشغال غازي العريضي علمه بإمكان إجراء اللقاء في المدى القريب، وقال لـ«الشرق الأوسط» إن «الأمور لا تزال على حالها. ولا تحديد لموعد أو لمكان يجمع جنبلاط وعون حتى الآن».

I for one don't see any substantial political gain for Aoun to meet with this Joker card, at this specific moment. However, I wouldn't mind it under the above conditions, for two reasons:

1- The meeting, within Aouns conditioned frames, will give the Shouf displaced issue a needed political push forward, for whatever it's worth.

2- and most importantly, to satisfy my perverted obsession for picturing the various manifestations of psychic agony rampaging the twisted dumb faces of Batrak Sfeir and his christian lemmings, before it is hurled out to the public in a mass Aouno-hysteric frothing and foaming rage.

I don't think that GMA is looking for any political gain from such meeting.. it is clear that he wants to solve the immigrants issue and close it once for all...

doing such thing would serve thousands of lebanese and bring them back to mount lebanon..

GMA will never Meet Jomblat until he is 10000000% sure that the Christians will come back to chouf.

The main reason for the battle between GMA and Jomblat is what happened in chouf.

GMA wont give the credibility to jomblat at any moment except when he is sure that the christians will come back to their homes.
And for Sure if this meeting is going to happen we will see a New MOU that again will change the face of the Lebanese political view.

If Jomblat is going to meet GMA he will meet him under GMA conditions and not under his conditions, This is GMA and not Sfeir/Geagea

What is most annoying in this ongoing sharade is having a farkou7 the size of Joumblat still possessing the final say over the displaced issue, while it should be the lebanese so called state's responsability to kick aside his behind and just settle it once and for all.
