hey , do anyone know any program that i can use to search for questions and answer in any topic. like a search engine but without internet

I'm going to write the name of a few encyclopedias you can find on CDs but the best is, as Ramboy said, encarta.

You have britanica, bordas, universalis.

And on the internet there is a very nice site where you can find the answer to any question (even though I know you want a program that works without internet but you might need it some day) the site is called: www.howstuffworks.com
