The minister is not the only responsible, there is a whole mafia running the country, i may agree with the fact that Tabourian is somehow weak, but he's not responsible of 19 years of corruption and thefts!! he cannot even make any small step without the signature of the prime minister.

And just for the info you smarty, there are lots of improvements in the electricity in some regions.....am not sayin it's perfect but at leaaast better than before....waiting for your next reply
