As opposed to the "Miladi" calender which is a solar calender ,the Hijri calender is a lunar calender. There is nothing wrong with it

Failure how exactly ?
Just as miladi is a specific duration,so is hijri they're just different(lunar and solar)
I don't see anything wrong with that
And you can't just go around naming miladi months like hijri months because you feel like it.
You can't just decide that march is equivalent to the month of ramadan for example.Certian hijri months have special attributes to them which means they cannot be moved around as one pleases

Funny thing though ...I bet people who want to complain would still find a reason to complain even if it was "fixed"
If Ramadan happened to be during summer they nag about the hot weather and how thirsty they get and if it happened to be during winter they say it's too cold then nag about how they get no food to give them enough energy for the day
