قبول طعنين على الأقل والمجلس الدستوري ينتظر تأليف الحكومة - الاخبار

ينتظر المجلس الدستوري تأليف الحكومة لإعلان بتّ بعض الطعون المقدّمة بنيابة عدد من النواب. ويجزم مطلعون على الطعون بوجود اثنين من المؤكد قبولهما، الأول بحق النائب ميشال المر والثاني بحق النائب عصام صوايا. ومن المقرر تأجيل إعلان هذين الطعنين كي لا يؤثر الموضوع في عملية إعادة توزير إلياس المرّ، لأن آل المرّ سيفقدون مقعدهم النيابي وشرعيتهم التمثيلية.

علمت "النشرة" من مصادر رفيعة المستوى أن حظوظ وزير الزراعة الياس سكاف بحكومة تصريف الأعمال وكميل معلوف بالعودة الى الندوة البرلمانية ارتفعت نظرا الى دقة الملفّ المقدّم من قبلهما الى المجلس الدستوري.
وإذ رجّحت هذه المصادر أن يبتّ هذا المجلس في موضوع الطعون قرابة منتصف الشهر المقبل، توقعت ان يسحب نيابة شخص آخر في المتن.
وكانت "النشرة" كشفت ضمن هذه الخانة قبل أيام أنّ المجلس الدستوري يتجه للاطاحةبـ3 أعضاء من المجلس النيابي .

Des sources bien placées assurent à notre site que le ministre sortant de l'Agriculture Elias Skaff et l'ancien député Camille Maalouf ont de fortes chances de retourner à l'Assemblée nationale. Le dossier qu'ils ont présenté au Conseil constitutionnel recèle des détails importants.
Estimant que les résultats des contestations seront promulgués par ce Conseil au milieu du mois prochain, ces sources précisent qu'un député du Metn risque de quitter le Parlement.
