the odds of being able to use your organs again are slim
if you're old, your organs are already not functioning well
if you die of a certain disease, they won't take them(I think)
if you die in a car accident, catch fire, some sharp piece of metal went through you, etc...

the fact that you died means your organs stopped functioning to reuse your organs, you should die in a hospital, from a coma or a cardiac arrest or something(with the rest of you being intact) and they should rush you after death to take out your parts, because if a certain time passes, the organs will die

so does it really make a difference if people are willing to donate after death or not?

I'm really not to donate an organ you should die in the hospital
you cannot donate an organ that you died because of
HIV patients and some other disease will prevent organ donations

and risk of rejection, supposing the organ was donated, is fairly high

organ donation is still not very practical

I support organ donations, but what are the odds of diying in a hospital, with a not so dangerous disease?

when u die, they directly transport u to a hospital and take the organ, what difference does it make? only few people die in hospitals.

if u made a car accident and only ur head got chopped off does this mean they can't use ur kidneys?

but it must be done quickly
when oxygen is interrupted from an organ, it starts to choke and die(necrosis) I'm not a transplant expert but we studied cell death, usualy it occurs like 30 min after...
and I heard it from many sources(and just seen it on google) you should die in a hospital if you want to donate a major organ like a heart or a kidney

Very nice comment. Actually not only that. I don't trust people who do all these "RIP" things on Facebook or MSN. I mean it's just ridiculous. Sometimes I see people saying " I love you ____ I miss you, you shouldn't have died" and stuff like that on facebook or MSN. I mean if you're really sad why be forced to write it on Facebook and MSN. It's all exaggerated and sometimes pathetic attempts to gain sympathy. Just go be sad on your own, or just don't do this whole scene on the internet. It's actually degrading for the person who died.

Well, I would donate all my organs to the ones who might need them. but i don't think anybody would need them

As for my things, i really don't care, whoever wants something, they know where to find it, all what you have to do is to kill my dangerous dog
