In his opinion, the return that Armenia is getting is the open borders which will improve the economy.

This open borders case is also debatable. For example, it will negatively effect the farmers in Armenia.

What a shame!!!
In my reply i wasn't explaining i was making a small analysis

and it seems i was right the agreement was not signed,

The pressure of the Armenian diaspora is more effective than the government itself.
From a strategic/political point of view the armenian government has no authority in taking such decision on it own.

It seems the Armenian president is not realizing the mistake that he is going.

anyways, from my personal point of view, at a certain peace should be signed with turkey, but not on the behalf of loosing the occupied lands, and never have a public apology from the Turkish government for it did in the past.

The agreement was signed. The thread title should be updated.
Now we're waiting for the 2 parliaments to verify the protocols.

Oh sorry !

I didnt follow up this issue, after they postponed.

But i think the parliament decision is what makes the agreement worthy or not right?!

Yes. If one of the parliaments decides not to sign it, then all what was signed on October 10 will be useless. But this is highly unexpected even though Erdogan has been talking lately that Turkey won't open the borders unless Armenia gives Gharapagh away to Azerbaijan (which was not mentioned in the protocol).

Yes but it's through Georgia.
So this way, it might be cheaper.
