Why? cause this is the limit that Technology can reach?

In 10 years this will almost be a normal home pc, you would be looking for something stronger

first of all, this is not a computer, it's a cluster of thousands of computers.
i've been to a similar computer (GRID tier 0 @ CERN, Geneva), you cannot imagine the sound created by the heating system. you need to shout in order to communicate inside.

The strongest computer in the world used to be the one of the American Agency for Nuclear Security located in San Francisco. It can make 478.2 teraflop/second.
