OK first i have read all 5 books (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, and the unfinished Mid-night Sun) 3 times and believe me they hold a great deal of humanity and values.

This saga teaches love.

The movie is great, the direction is superb so are the sound effects and the actors.

Try and watch it without focusing a lot on the Quileute guys and BTW they have big muscles because they are werewolves.

Maybe the books are good and hold the great deal you spoke about.

BUT, this movie was meaninglessly long, meaninglessly bad, and meaninglessly meaningless .
The Twilight was average, The New Moon failed badly. Did you know that This movie was supposed to be merged with the Eclipse movie? Because its story can be filmed in less than 60 minutes. Seriously 130 minutes for what? she keeps crying about how he left, and when she sees him she begs him to bite her. But then they decided to make it in its own movie because the 1st movie was good.

Oh and, most girls love this movie because of the great hero demigod Edward Cullin. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY THING TO SEE BEFORE RATING A MOVIE.
