A Vampire has the body of a human being, he looks pretty much like a human being, so you have as much chance to have a good looking human as to have a good looking vampire.

Havn't you heard about Angel the Vampire? The actor is David Boreanaz, I don't see you complaining about his look.

In addition and above all, there is nothing in the history of vampires that says that a vampire is a bad looking.

The best vampire ever is Nosferatu.
Second place: Dracula.
Third place: Vampires similar to the ones in "John Carpenter's Vampires" (Classic, and a must see movie). They're monsters who act like monsters.
Forth place: Vampires similar to the ones in "Underworld", "An interview with the vampire" and "Kindred: The Embraced". The vampires are monsters but their intelligence, which they have earned from living for so many years, has gotten them to form functional societies.
Fifth Place: Vampires from series like "True Blood","Buffy" and "Angel". While the general vampires are still monstrous and "evil" they are kind of tame compared to the above.
Sixth Place: Bats
