Data Recovery method needed!

Hello fellow computer geeks! I am in need of an effective method/program to recover data from a formatted/reinstalled windows NTFS partition. I have recovered almost 11 files already, but there are more and i am out of options. Would you please be kind and post an effective method that could do it.

First thank you very much for the suggestion. Second, the program only recovers partitions, it doesn't actually recover data. Would you or anyone please help me with this, it would be much appreciated. I have the trial version of FTK(Forensic Toolkit), if you could guide me to a place where i can get the full version that would be sweet!!

you wont get all data recovered on any software used!
