Default Hizboullah's Rights

Do You think HA have the right to respond to Hajj Imad's assassination without taking the Lebanese Government's opinion?

why\why not?

Well I think that it has the right to avenge his death because since 7izbullah is actually an armed resistance it doesn't need the approval of the parlement or the cabinet and it doesn't need legitimacy from official authorities. But they should keep in mind that such actions may lead the country to a war that might be worse than that of July 2006.
So this is not a simple decision, they have the right to avenge his death without the approval of the government but it might lead to extremely bad consequences.

Other Lebanese have the right to decide such things too, regardless how much Hizbullah has offered so far, any national step should be made by everyone. That's how things work and that's how things should be.

If Hariri goes and make agreements with countries that Hizbullah doesn't appreciate for example, Hizbullah would feel ignored and marginalized that its opinion about such matter has been bypassed, same thing goes to anything else especially if something that could cause a war.

We aren't talking about agreements with other countries, we're talking about citizen's lives here.
When Israel launches a war to retrieve 2 prisoners it is supported by the international community, but when the resistence launches a counter-attack to avenge the lives of lebanese citizens , let alone one man who was responsible for every victory achieved by that resistance, people whine about how we should ask permission from people who would put $$ ahead of their families or countrymen or most importantly their dignity.

Eh la2 to2obroone. When our citizens die this is a humanitarian matter w shaghle badihiyye kteer eno nreddellon yyeha. w la2 mesh medtarrin Hezbollah yekhdo ezen men 7ada, especially when the government couldn't care less about those citizens and does nothing but issue statements la "ynaddedo w yestanekro".

walla la2 khallouna kell ma l isra2iliyye ye2etlo 7ada men kawederna w moujehidina n2ool: " halla2 byeje l bo3bo3 warana"
Walla la2 they should also inform all lebanese that the reply is imminent and take away the element of surprise and have Israelis expecting an attack and have the counter-attack crumble to pieces.

Hezbollah owes its success ( from a tactical point of view ) to its secrecy. If Hezbollah had to inform the government everytime they had to launch an attack the Israelis would be at your doorstep searching your house for bearded men.

ma 7ada y2elle la of course wala they should wala 2abb l 7ardon w la2a almaza. la2 they don't w they shouldn't w they can't if they want to guarantee the success of their operations.

w eza 7ada bijeble siret lebanon is a country that relies on tourism, w byerja3 bi3edle nafs l 7ejaj badde sha77ir bi 7ale

badna njarreb ne7terem 7alna bass nred 3a 7ada 3am y3abber 3an ra2yo..
2nd i didn't say that it's not Israel behind this assassination but MAYBE it's not, so why we don't lunch an inquiry to determine who is responsible (se3eta mnet2akkad).. why we do like 14 march? they say that every attack Syria is behind it, and we say that it's Israel.. dakhilkon bala tanabou2et ba2a "mou2amara we7deh fi, ma fi ra2ey!! enta chou ra2yak?"...
in my point of view if all Hezbollah talk like you i will vote to "against HA to respond to Hajj Imad's assassination ".
but if they are sure that it's israel because of their moukhabarat bikoun sar chi teneh...
