The data was that the percentage of infants are 60% boys and 40% girls. From where it is more likely to have the data from, the clinic or the hospital? and why ?

from the clinic, because the higher the number of samples, the closer to the naturally logical 50-50 we get. while 60-40 seems far from reality, it could come from a small sample (10 newborns or so) given by the clinic.
