Win 7 probs and question

Ok , i installed win 7 atlast , ultimate 64 bit , the installation took me about 2 hours , cz i was trying this serial number list and non of them worked ( about 50 ) , untill i clicked on next and found out that i can continue without typing it in.
anw i have 30 days to activate it , wat should i do?
i hate this big tabs next to the start that has all the programs and folders running in it ,how can i make it like xp?

how can i make a shortcut for PPPoE conn. on the desktop?(everytime i wanna connect to the internet i go in and choose my conn. then wait for it to test w ma b3rf sho) .

My Mobo is Dg41 , i installed the sound driver but the lan driver didnt work(failed) , is it necessary to install it?

Download this activator. It includes a notepad to tell you what to do. It will take few seconds to activate windows.

no need to install any driver (except for the vga driver)
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections right click on the PPPoE connection and click create shortcut. click yes.
right click -> properties on the task bar, and choose task bar buttons: never combine instead of always combine, hide labels.

after network and internet i cant find network connections , theres

open network and sharing center and click on change adapter setting.
