Yes but the point isn't here Jess, in UAE if you paid 3000$ u won't be able to get the license unless you know the basics and the minimum requirement to drive.

It's cheap in Lebanon but it's bought which is worse!

You get it the easy way from one side and risk your life from the other side.

yep, i went to Ouze3e to apply for my license, they just asked me to go forward and go in reverse in a straight line. That was the "test"! It doesn't matter if you learned driving or someone did the papers for you, both will do the same so-called test. Of course this is bel ouze3e you might find other centers which are more strict and legit.

Why but even though in Dubai, fi nes betsou2 as the Lebanese ppl ma3 eno they learnt the basics bs they don’t apply them! Whats the point laken of learning kl hal echya w paying such a big amount?

Um the one i got is completely legal because i got it via an agency or maktab as we call it here. bas as i hear u cannot get it anymore without doing the test. on my behalf i did my test.

To get a "legal license" (7asab el 2soul) you need 300$ for the license and 200$ for the driving license "school"; that is where most of the new generation are getting their license and the next day you may probably find el dife3 el madane 3am bi lemmoun min hounike jal.

you have 2 options , pay 370$ and get it to your home , or pay 300$ go make a fake test like i did ( i failed in it , the car hit the wall and the iron thingy w saret t2eb ) and they will make you pass jst like they did to me , the computer test a guy sits near to you and answers instead of you , youre not even allowed to touch the mouse , the original price (the one the goverment takes) is 230$ , the 70$ difference is distributed among the guy who did everythin , the community responsible for the tests and its leader.
if you asked to do the test legally and wanted to pay 230$ only you will be rejected , your not allowed to.
