Just prepare a romantic table with candlelight in your house or any place you can manage, put some romantic music you know she'd love, and cook her a small meal or get it from anywhere.

Girls dig that. You don't have to take her to a restaurant if it's that hard to find a good one.
Unless your girl wants to see you spending money instead of putting effort into that event.

but there is no place to spend the eve , i live in jbeil she lives in beirut,
we are going to spend it somewhere in beirut due to the long distance so i wont I dont spend my time on road.
As simple as this, if someone can afford me gd place i have no pb preparing a dinner
