btw some things i ddnt get in the game , the EMP missile launched from the submarine , why did price detonate it in the us?? what was the goal of the mission?? the massacare at the airport , makarov is the president of russia?? or what?! why would he do such a massacare? and why would 141 be involved in it. and why did betray them? and did the goverments know or it was just price?

It was not an EMP missle, it was a nuke. He detonated it over the US so that the EMP that it produces would cause all the Russian aircraft and vehicles would be disabled.

Makarov was a powerful Russian ultra-nationalist. The CIA under the command of Shepard (not the 141) sent in an agent (the guy you playing that mission)to join Makarov in the massacre in order to gain his trust and infiltrate his organization. Makarov knew that you were a CIA agent and kills you at the end of the mission so that the Russians would things that the Americans are responsible for the massacre and then start a war against the USA.
You will hear Makarov saying "No Russian" before exiting the elevator, what he means is "Don't speak Russian". He wants people to think it was the Americans who did it.

Price was not involved, it was the CIA under the command of Shepard. Shepard had made sure that Makarov would know who you are, he wanted the war to start.
When the Russians invaded, he was given command of the entire US army and a blank check, which means he could spend all the money he wanted on the Army.
That is why he kills Roach and Ghost, to cover up his plan.

the japanese version translated that part"remember , no russian" into "kill them , they are russians" , it haven't been fixed yet
