is it possible to make the check account balance retreive 0$ in mtc?

it is annoying everyone see you takes the fone and start f**king in it until he steel a $ :/

and few days no $ are in balance :P
i am trying to stop by saying "tekram 3aynek but sorry i have no $ :P"
