But if you don't like the way Facebook is run, there are other places. The fact that they don't let you delete your account was reason enough for me not to stick around.

Id rather close my account go than get disabled , atleast i need to take my pictures back , they refused to let me take em back , they own them now .

they owned them the moment you uploaded them, you should be aware of that
your posts on vcoderz as well belong to vcoderz, if you were ever banned from here (la sama7 John) :P you have no right for example to request that all your posts be deleted or moved :P same goes for all of us

no matter what u said there was terms and agreements and ill be honest i dont read the fine print i just agree when i see half the world on facebook. and if they are by some chance breaking the law....i think theres more important things to fight in the world...im sure the governments are aware of it but i hate to break it to u theres people dying every day from hunger and incurable diseases and war....and im gonna worry about facebook keeping my info.

does it creep me out sometimes that they own my pics now and know everything about me....mmm ya but i chose to do it no one held a gun to our heads and said up load pics or u die! lol i knew where they were going

and if you are this unhappy with it....oki doki make ur own book..like a systabook or something and have the whole world join and find away that info isnt stored forever. in the end the people that made facebook were a couple kids in their college room dorm.

If you search the internet youll find out thousands of stories like mine , facebook are becoming insane , normal regular users getting banned , half of them getting their account back , the other half arent getting replies on emails or bots answering them .

Well, losing the pictures is 100 % your fault. You can't just depend on a server 10000 miles away from you to save your memories. You could've bought an external hard drive for $50.00 to save and backup your data. Anyways everyone learns from their mistakes. Make new memories :P:P:P ... Atleast your posts here are still saved!
