هو حكم إعدام مالي سيصدر بحق الـ OTV عن محكمة خارج نطاق إختصاصها المكاني وبخلل واضح بأساس الدعوى.

المدعي، هو رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك السوسيته جنرال أنطوان الصحناوي، العالقة بحقه قضية محاولة قتل احد موظفيه السابقين في حادثة ملهى الـ Maison Blanch.
المدعى عليه، الـ OTV بجرم التحضير لبث مقطع ضمن برنامج Ovrira الفكاهي تعليقاً على جريمة الـ Maison Blanche.
القاضي، هو قاضي الامور المستعجلة في بيروت، أي خارج النطاق المكاني القضائي لمحطة الـ OTV الكائنة في الدكوانة في جبل لبنان، ما أضطر القاضي استنابة أحد موظفي المحكمة في بيروت الى خارج نطاقها المكاني لتبليغ الدعوى للـ OTV.
رغم ذلك إلتزمت الـ OTV، وامتنعت عن بث الحلقة كاملة لا المقطع المشكو منه فحسب. لكن الاعلان عن الحلقة، الذي يتضمن مقتطفات من المقطع المشكو منه والذي نشر على الهواء اسبوع قبل صدور قرار المنع، وضع على موقع الـYouTube الالكتروني الذي بإمكان أي شخص أن يحمل أي تسجيل عليه من منزله.
رغم كل هذه المغالطات القضائية إستكملت القضية، فطلب الصحناوي تعويض بقيمة 413 مليار ليرة عن 9 ألاف مشاهدة للاعلان على موقع الـYouTube ، علماً أن مئات الالاف كانوا شاهدوه على الهواء قبل صدور قرار المنع.
وإلى صدور حكم الاعدام المالي، تقدم الصحناوي بطلب تصفية غرامة مؤقتة بقيمة ملياري ليرة. لكن رئيس دائرة التنفيذ في بيروت اكتفى بالحجز على موجودات المحطة بقيمة 50 مليون ليرة. اعترضت الـOTV ، والخميس يبت بالاعتراض...
النائب المحامي زياد أسود الذي وصف القرار بقرار تصفية الـOTV، قال: "ليست الـOTV من يواجه حكم الاعدام بل القضاء". وقارن أسود بين حادثة الـ Maison Blanche، التي لم يتخذ فيها بعد أي إجراء وقرار القضاء المستعجل غير الصالح مكاناً بحق الـOTV.
واستغرب اسود ان يصدر قرار تصفية غرامة مؤقتة بحق الـOTV بحجة مخالفة قرار لم تخالفه. ولم يستبعد أن تكون الجهة المدعية، أي الصحناوي، قد حملت الاعلان على موقع الـYouTube بهدف تصفية الـOTV مالياً.
وسأل أسود: "كيف يتخذ قاض قرار بأقل من 24 ساعة ويستناب موظف من المحكمة لتبليغ القرار خارج نطاقه المكاني، والالاف من القضايا عالقة أمام القضاء ومنهم قضية الـ Maison Blanche". وأضاف: "هل الاخطر هو إعلان أزعج مدير عام متمول أو إطلاقه النار بهدف القتل؟"
حكم إعدام مالي ينتظرالـ OTV، لكن يتناسى البعض أنه مع سقوط رأس الـ OTV المالي ستتهاوى رؤوس كثيرة وكبيرة في القضاء اللبناني.

FPM was among the first ppl who stand next to MTV when it got Closed we were the first the Refuse the Act of burning Future TV.

FPM is the leader in protecting and defending people rights, and the freedom of speech.

i am against Tayyar seeking public support in every single action taken against them..
whether the action is right or wrong..

Inou here is the trick, i for example : OTV is closed, we7di bil na2ess, coz i dont listen to the news,i read them online,and lebanese programs are not my fancy..
You say for example: sa7nawi wa7ad az3ar leik chou 7ayawein bado ysakera.

Unfortunately we have lots of u and less of me..Who care about stupid things such as this...While in fact you got much better things to worry about...

see, this is what I hate about the Lebanese people. you don't have independent minds, you cannot recognize what is wrong and what is right.

your position now, supporting closing OTV comes from the fact that you do not support FPM, not because there is something rational or logical behind your words, you follow a political party and agree 100% about what they do and disagree 100% with the rest, it's sad.
