^^ No said that Cacau is German, he's Brazilian and he played for 5 consecutive years in Germany, which allowed him to have a German passport. since he hasn't been called for the Brazilian squad, he was given a chance to participate in the German team.
furthermore, comparing the palestinians in lebanon to the case of the hybrid German players is just pathetic.
