I didn't read the whole thread but I will answer on the idea

plants are living things also, it's the way of nature, for one living being to survive it has to outlive, kill, destroy other living beings. it's the survival of the fittest Darwin was talking about, every human to live to the age of ... 60 he must have eaten tons of food and killed or indirectly caused the death of tens of animals, but that is called reality.

a tiger will kill and eat you if it gets the chance, we can't blame it, to it we are food. I am against killing animals for any other reason than self defense or food, but food is ok :P

I see YOU taking the bible as reference. Lol.
If that's it then this reminded me of the story of Adam and Eve. They used to eat only fruits and vegetables, but when God kicked them out of heaven they started killing animals to live. At first, human had no agricultural technology so the plant side wasn't a food resource. As soon as human started to develop, he started to experience and develop agriculture. Now I'm not saying if I'm with or against eating animals, but I think that when the development of human reach a certain level, fruits and vegetables will be enough to feed him and keep him alive. (And this is for some opinion here saying that the plants source is not enough for 6 milliard person on earth).
