Rar password

i downloaded a rar file and it has a password , now i searched for some password crackers programs , and found some but their prob is that they dont pause , when i stop ill have to start all over again , is there any prog that can pause and resume?

u know what, redownloading the file saves your ass a lot of time. if not, search for the link on google, you will be redirected to pages where you will find the password.
