Something i want to share for a long time:

كم يتقاضى نوّابنا؟

يتحمّس اللبنانيّون لإيصال مرشّحين الى الإنتخابات النيابيّة الى البرلمان،
ولكن هل يدرك اللبنانيّون ما هي المزايا "المنظورة" التي يستفيد منها سعادة
النوّاب، خصوصاً على الصعيد المالي؟
لا يتقاضى النائب راتباً شهريّاً بل مخصّصات وتعويضات شهريّة واختلاف التسمية
ليس هنا مسألة شكليّة بل مسألة مهمّة إذ يمكن للنائب إذا كان موظفاً
متقاعداً أو عسكريّاً متقاعداً أن يجمع بين راتبه التقاعدي ومخصّصاته وتعويضاته
في النيابة. وتبلغ مخصّصات وتعويضات النائب 8.5 ملايين ليرة شهريّاً، تضاف
إليها مساهمة شهريّة بقيمة 2.7 مليوني ليرة من صندوق تعاضد النوّاب.
إلا أنّ المزايا التي يستفيد منها النائب تتجاوز هذا المبلغ المالي، وأبرزها:
- يستفيد النائب من الطبابة المجّانيّة بموجب عقد استشفاء مع إحدى شركات
التأمين الخاصّة وتسدّد قيمة هذا العقد من موازنة مجلس النوّاب.
- يحقّ للنائب في كلّ دورة نيابيّة شراء سيّارة معفاة من الرسوم الجمركيّة
وتبقى كذلك ما دامت على اسمه.
- جواز سفر خاص يمكّنه من الحصول على تأشيرات دخول الى الكثير من الدول
مجاناً.
- مرافقان للحماية من جهاز أمن الدولة (وربما أكثر إذا اقتضت الضرورة
الامنيّة).
- مكتب مستقلّ في مجلس النوّاب.
- إعتماد سنوي بقيمة 100 – 150 مليون ليرة لكلّ نائب يُرصد ضمن وزارة
الأشغال العامّة ويصرف بمعرفة النائب.

النوّاب السابقون
عندما يصبح النائب نائباً سابقاً إمّا لعدم ترشّحه او خسارته في الإنتخابات لا
تتوقّف مخصّصاته وتعويضاته، بل يتقاضى كل من سبق وانتخب نائباً النسب الآتية من
المخصّصات والتعويضات التي يتقاضاها النائب في الخدمة الفعليّة:
- عن دورة نيابيّة كاملة 55%.
- عن دورتين نيابيّتين 65%.
- عن ثلاث دورات نيابيّة وما فوق 75%.
ويستفيد النوّاب السابقون من المساعدة الإجتماعيّة التي يمنحها مجلس النوّاب
بنسبة استفادتهم من المخصّصات والتعويضات المحدّدة أعلاه.
وإذا توفّي النائب أثناء دورته الأولى اعتُبر وكأنّه أمضى ثلاث دورات، وفي حال
وفاة النائب يقتصر حقّ أسرته على 75% من المخصّصات والتعويضات التي كان
يتقاضاها.
ويبلغ عدد النوّاب السابقين الأحياء 310 نوّاب وهناك 103 اسرة أيضاً من اسر
النوّاب السابقين المتوفّين. وإذا أضفنا عدد النوّاب الحاليّين وهو 128 نائباً
يكون مجموع النوّاب الذين يدفع الشعب اللبناني كلفتهم 541 نائباً، وتصل الكلفة
الى 28 مليار ليرة سنويّاً($18,666,000

It's funny how you complain about the change when X is out to destroy Y and Y is trying to dodge bullets and preserve this country and this entity for what it is.

And even when change is made it is either ridiculed, attacked, perverted, or canceled because it doesn't fit with the interests of certain political mafias. But we'll also get to that soon enough.

Considering the large amount of ppl in those two areas.
