After opening the thread "what's your favorite programming language" i got excited about opening similar topics.
So let's go hardware this time: What machines do you have guys? list the specs. What do you use it for? programming, gaming, web...? What do you like about it the most? What do you hate about it? Are you planing to upgrade? if yes, what r u willing to get? Share how much you got it for if u want; this will help other members to have a better idea about the prices and maybe purchase similar machines like yours.

I currently own an early 2011 Macbook Pro:
CPU: Intel's Sandy Bridge, 2.2GHz Quad-Core i7, 6 MB L3 Cache GPUs: AMD Radeon HD 6750M - 1 GB DDR5 RAM and Intel HD Graphics 3000 Memory: 4 GB DDR3 clocked at 1333 MHz Screen: 1440x900 15inch LCD LED Back-lit HDD: 5400 rpm, 750 GB I'm currently using it for 2D game development for iOS/Android on Mac OS X, and I play a few games on Windows 7. What I like the most about it is Mac OS X, very user friendly Operating System, very easy to use, impressively fast, and the battery life is astonishing. What I don't like about it is the lack of a blu-ray reader, and the 2 USB ports are so close to each other that sometimes I can't fit 2 devices at the same time. Everything else seems to be good. I don't think I'll be upgrading anytime soon, I've been using it for 3 months now. I though about upgrading the CPU to a 2.3 GHz 8MB L3 Cache and to 8 GB DDR3 RAM, but I'm not sure I will be needing any of those upgrades. I bought it for ~$2900, it might sound expensive, but I'm hoping to make profit from the games I'm developing for iOS. And even though if I don't make any profit, I won't be regretting paying this much money for it, because everything that comes with it is perfect, from the usability to Mac OS X, to its awesome trackpad.
