Or simply buy the cheapest ticket to your driver (that is 100$), go to the airport, enters duty free, buy a box of cigars tax free.
also not to forget the person who has a alcohol and cigar shop will go bankrupted because they pay the tax and no one is buying... Maybe instead of taxing it, close every d*mmed shop that sells that sh*t.

So basically if i dont work in Monaco and i am a resident i dont pay that amount..

There is no income tax, capital gains tax, or wealth tax. There is a limited form of gift and inheritance tax which applies to assets in Monaco.

Instead of taxing the damn poor people , just think how many minister and deputy you have and how much money they make just because they succeeded 3 times in elections and still getting paid..
Check how many captain in lebanon you have and the 20 fuel tank that the government offers them per month.

GMA salary as a previous Army man, prime minister, and deputy + other benefits and the list goes on all ministers you have had in lebanon..

Rafic hariri is dead , no need for his son to take his on going life salary.

These are expenses the government doesnt need , take them out and things will be a little better..
There is nothing called handling properly the taxation in lebanon unless God wants to.

anyway in the plan we are thinking, the government should of course cut expenses on ministers army men etc... that get paid a lot when they stop working... + the taxes+making sure no one steals anything and all goes to public use

As expected 2-3 pages on a useless taxing debate. Its really weird when some silly improvements that benefit the Lebanese people spans an endless parliament debate while matters like the tribunal enforced by the outside gets its financial issues solved in a matter of seconds and suddenly money becomes available. the solution is not with taxing, the solution is finding other resources to gain money...you dont tax ppl without giving them something in return..
My cousin in Canada, pays up to 40% , but he has free medical insurance, retirement plan, electricity etc... houn it works the other way around, u need to tax ppl to get money steal some and make a 5 years plan project that could be done in 1 year..

i got a question regarding the electricity for example :
1.2 billion dollar for 700 mega watt to be produced...
how on earth would you do such thing and the process of collecting money from the people is f*cked up? You have to start from the bottom to up and not the other way...
