I am against it,
First because the criminal won't pay for what he did once he dies khalass.
but keeping him in a cell all his life he will regret it big time and think of what he did and people will learn from that.
but note that some people where killed and it was proved later that they were innocent.
besides i think that killing should not be a human behavior even if legal. most of europe countries have cancelled the death penalty.
killing the criminal will be only killing another person and won't be any better of the murder itself.

Im against Death Penalty !
The way to make a person pay the price is put him in jail, even if it was forever, .....bass if he prefered to be sentenced to death .... like by shooting him, or something, I think we should do as he says ....

For example, saddam wants to be shoot and killed, I think they should shoot and kill him, but they wont do that, they will apply "alkhank 7atta el mawt" ..and that is not right in my opinion ....

i'm against it .. no 1 has the right 2 take some1 else's life .. even if he was the biggest serial killer on earth we cant kill him .. and lifetime prison isnt the solution ... coz the pers. will regret what he did but it wont be a lesson .. he should get therapy and once the therapist feels that he's back to normal he should get a 2nd chance(bi dal ta7et l moure2abeh mech byefeltou y2atil) .. if he was about to fall for another crime he should get lifetime prison but without being tortured ...
