zeraw, we can't enable it in the political forum and disable it else where.
the editing time was set to 30 minutes, i increased it to 80 minutes.
same thing for thread editing and poll adding.

Tawa , poll adding, is when you want to add a poll to your thread ....
When you do a thread, there is a box down that tells you "add a poll" ...if you click it and then click submit thread ...they will open a page for you to add a poll ....Xcoder is saying that he increased the period between submitting a thread and adding a poll ... so a member has time to add a poll easily
