yup thats true i'm talking abt it coz it's my major ... no its not psychology it's psychomotricity and it has nth to do with psychology but anyway .. dima my point is that shakhes majnoun ma fikeh t7ekmi ! and she really is crazy (hiyeh or the nany!) the one who did it is schizophrenic and he should be treated .. why schizophrenic coz akid 1 of them did smtg to the kid and they both say that they didnt .. and it cant be kezeb ! coz a mother wont kill her daughter/son hek! akid fi shi mech normal bi rasa ..

i agree with you ... if she was found to be mentally unstable by specialist doctors chosen by the court, then she should be treated accordingly and not be put in jail...however saying that everyone is treated according to his brain capabilities and capacities and by "treated" u mean "judged" i disagree...how can you measure the brain capacity of each person? you can't make an IQ test for every criminal and then decide his punishment what should be...when it comes to law either the suspect is mentally stable or not...there is no grey color in between...so if she was found mentally stable then she should be punished as normal person regardless to her background...

i agree with sarah if the mother psyco problems then putting her in jail ain't the right solution.
but as it looks like the mother was smart enough to trick the whole security system and killed her daughter.
so saying that she has psyco problem is very little actually.
the crime was horrible i can't even imagine it. she finished a life of her child who is supposed to be the person she has to protect and raise.

i don't know why are insisting that she has a psychological problem as schizophrenia ... she could be a normal person who in a moment found that this baby is complicating her life or holding her back so MICROWAVING her child was the solution ... i mean why would you consider that killing a son or daughter is abnormal !!!! ... so this makes killing someone you don't know is normal...killing is killing regardless to the victim or else every criminal iwould be psychologically disturbed..
by the way most patients who are schizophrenic are not violent and are usually afraid of others rather than threatening to others..The hallmark symptoms of schizophrenia are the experiences of hallucinations, often of the auditory type, as well as delusions ... so i doubt she is schizophrenic ... she could have double personality instead ...
anyway i think she shouldn't be jailed or given treatment...hang her and let's finish with this story already (kidding)
