If I lack them, I'LL definitely take the wallet or whatever doesnt belong to me, If I have them, I try to return it to its owner in any way.

Till Now, I think I have scruples, Because im a good guy ..

i would simply try to find the owner and give it back...if not i would donate it...depending on what the object is ofcourse...if it's something that cannot be donated and i cannot find an owner...then i can keep it for myself
