Adobe photoshop bro----> right click on the blue bar of the pic-> image size

microsoft photo editor that comes with MS office. very simple, u can resize as i remember 9 maybe it is on your pc right now and you dont know it)

man use paint.... ctrl + w... and change its sizee..........

you can also try ACDSee ... just go to Modify and then Resize ...
or you can try any of the above mentioned programs ...
all of them works ...

man i could not find you the Goback 4.0 because it is not available as a trial, but here it goes, i got u a similar software, UNDELETE 5

The Windows Recycle Bin doesn't protect all deleted files such as:Microsoft Office files that are saved over, files that are too big for the recycle bin, and files deleted by certain applications. If you run a home network your risk factor is increased greatly, because files deleted from a remote system bypass the recycle bin. There is a solution: Undelete 5.
