that's when people are counting on you, and you have to do something fast, otherwise, it's a bit catastrophic.

pressure?!?!?! i think the best way to handle pressure is to act normally, without any suddune actions.

so i guess thts y uv been mad today....
iv been under pressure...it sux , but when am under pressure during the tests, then its a diff. story , i can study reallll good during that time , and i get high grades...but in life , under pressure or without it , i suk big time and do mistakes...

practicing on controlling & managing your feelings will help you for not being under pressure
thats what we call self-management & self-awareness, to know how we manage our impulses and feelings, and at the same to be aware of our feelings

Ofcourse i have been under pressure many times before, it is normal...The best way to act during these rough times is to think about how other people are thinking by looking at you at that moment, and just try to act normally as if nothing has happened, so you dont make things worse...
