ow sorry mitian, there is nothing called ph-16. but this is what i found on the leb army website(just next ot the pic that you posted) :

In 1958 the air force was equipped with two squadrons of "Hawker Hunter" fighter aircraft.

First of all it's F-4 phantom ,and second the LAF has never had an F-4 or F-16,it had Hawker Hunters(British made) from the 50's and 60's and now they aren't operational because they are in storage.But the Lebanese Air force has training aircraft and 2 transporters .Yet No fighter jets!

yes the lebanese army used to have Hawker Hunters air fighters but i know a person in the airforce he told me that 2 years ago the lebanese gouverment sold the Hawker Hunters fighters to the pakistan cuz there were no parts available and they are useless, but the lebanese army also used to have 29 mirage fighters(french made) back in the 80's era back france taked them back after the taef agreement.
