عاتب الرئيس فؤاد السنيورة نائبه وزير الدفاع الياس المر على بعض ما قاله في مقابلته التلفزيونية مع الزميل مارسيل غانم الخميس الفائت. وعلم أن مساعدين لرئيس الحكومة كانوا يحيطونه تباعاً بما يصدر عن المر من مواقف خلال المقابلة التي انتقد فيها بعض الأجهزة الأمنية، وبادر السنيورة إلى الاتصال بالمر أثناء فترة الاستراحة في المقابلة لمرتين بقصد توضيح بعض المسائل.

Dear friend my reply was the day elias l mur make his interview and he said that he dedicate this victory to the lebanese people so i thought that the battles have finished as he said but after that i discover that were still inside the battle .
