All the media is talking about that fate7 al islam is behind the assasination of the prime minister Pierre Gemayel and it seems it's behind other assasinations since so far it was them in both incidents of ein alak and pierre's assasination and there's a huge possibility to be them in other assasinations.

إيلي الحاج من بيروت: علمت "إيلاف" أن القوى الأمنية في لبنان تمكنت من كشف كل ملابسات جريمة اغتيال النائب ووزير الصناعة السابق بيار الجميّل في منطقة جديدة المتن المجاورة لبيروت في 21 تشرين الثاني الماضي ، وأن التحقيقات في الملف قد اكتملت ، وهي مرفقة باعترافات عدد من المشاركين والمتورطين في الجريمة.

وغني عن القول أن هذا التطوّر سيكون له وقعه القوي وتداعياته السياسية والقضائية في الساعات والأيام المقبلة، خصوصا أن هذه جريمة الإغتيال السياسية الأولى التي يكتشف مرتكبوها ويقبض عليهم منذ محاولة اغتيال الوزير مروان حمادة ( النائب فحسب آنذاك) في أول تشرين الأول 2004 .

وأكدت مصادر أمنية ل "إيلاف" أن قتلة الوزير الجميّل هم من جماعة "فتح الإسلام" التي تتهمها الغالبية النيابية والوزارية بأنها تابعة للإستخبارات السورية، والتي تبيّن قبل مدة أنها كانت أيضاً وراء تفجير حافلتي الركاب في بلدة عين علق المتنية يوم 13 شباط / فبراير الماضي ، عشية مهرجان الذكرى الثانية لرئيس الحكومة السابق رفيق الحريري .

وكان المدير العام لقوى الأمن الداخلي اللواء أشرف ريفي زار مقر البطريركية المارونية في بكركي الجمعة وصرح للصحافيين هناك : "منذ ثلاثين عاما لم يتم الكشف عن جريمة ارهابية من هذا النوع الكبير كما حصل في عين علق . ونعدكم بأن هناك معطيات ومعلومات جديدة سوف تكون بين أيديكم في القريب العاجل".

وكان تردد ان قوة عسكرية قبضت قبل يومين على وليد البستاني، وهو مسؤول في تنظيم في "فتح الاسلام" ملاحق منذ مدة طويلة، وان التحقيقات الاولية معه مكنت الجيش من الحصول على معلومات عن مشبوهين لاحقهم الجيش اللبناني والقوى الأمنية وضبطت في حوزتهم اسلحة وذخائر وقذائف ومتفجرات في منطقة ابي سمرا في طرابلس وبلدة القلمون. وأفاد مصدر امني ان من أبرز الموقوفين في هذه الحملة المدعوان أ. ارناؤوط وأ. قبيطر.

وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية اللبنانية تمكنت من وضع يدها قبل أسبوعين على إحدى السيارات التي استخدمت في جريمة اغتيال النائب والوزير السابق الجميل. وهي من نوع "هوندا- سي في أر" سوداء رباعية الدفع وتتطابق مواصفاتها الخارجية مع مواصفات أدلى بها للمحققين شهود في مسرح الجريمة الى المحققين.

ومعلوم أن خبراء دوليين شاركوا في التحقيقات ولا سيما في النواحي التقينة المتعلقة بالأدلة والنواحي الجنائية التي من شأنها التثبت من العناصر المؤدية الى اكتشاف ادوات الجريمة والجناة.

وأوضح مصدر أمني أن السيارة ضبطت في شمال لبنان، وقد أخذت عينات منها إلى مختبر في هولندا للتأكد من بعض الأمور التقنية التفصيلية.

ومن شأن إثبات تورط تنظيم "فتح الإسلام" في اغتيال الوزير الجميّل بناء على تعليمات سورية أن يزيد من حرج دمشق حيال ملف الإغتيالات السياسية وأعمال العنف التي شهدها لبنان في السنتين الماضيتين، خصوصاً أن المحكمة الدولية التي شكلها مجلس الأمن الدولي تحت الفصل السابع تشمل صلاحيتها النظر في كل هذه الجرائم إذا ثبت أنها مترابطة.
