Usually , there are not bands who sing specifically only ONE of those subgenres especially speed metal ... but if you want some who performe these subgenres ...
Grindcore Metal : Fear of God , Dead Infection..etc
Speed Metal : Hammerfall, Slayer, Viper, Gamma Ray..etc
Glam Metal : Steelheart, Alice Cooper ...etc
Christian Metal : mainly, it is not a genre as I know, inno its just that the band is of christian members and want their band to be labeled as christian... they can sing any kind of metal ..heavy , power, and even black ( but then its called unblack)
some known christian bands are :Underoath, Saint, P.O.D, Horde, demon hunter..etc
Battle Metal : I do not have any battle metal songs .., but i searched and i read that a band called Turisas created Battle Metal.

Yes dude, Slayer are thrash mainly, but They played speed metal.
Gamma Ray are speed/power.
so as Hammerfall and Helloween ...and even stratovarius and edguy.

Same goes for Blind Guardian w even Anthrax ... they were considered speed at some time for some of their work.
for example ... Battalions of Fear for Blind Guardian ...PURE speed.
