Thank you all for the advice! I decided that if i should sit around at home all day, burning my head thinking about what happened i would go into a depression, because i was already taking xanax from lack of sleep, so i took a job, as a waiter, at a restaurant in a hotel. Maybe if i get tired i wont think about it, if i work as hard as i can it wont stick in my head 24/7. Thank you all for for all the advice.
