Most of the times, it takes me about one hour, because i think about alot of things, and it takes about an hour for my brain to stop thinking and sleep

Other times, when im really sleepy, it takes me about 5-10 minutes...It all depends on how did the day go

well i think i have insonomia , it takes me more than 3 hours to sleep! when am tired it would take from 1 hour to 2 hours! , and sometimes i dont sleep! once i stayed up in the bed till the next day and went to school !

i have difficulty sleepin it takes me long time 2 sleep and even sometimes i dun sleep
most of the time i hear music and read my messages on the phone it helps me alot
