Default The Sun Gets Stronger and Stronger...

A new sun protectant was introduced into the market. Its new technique is the 1 application per day.

Sun:

*Sun Benefits and Dangers:
the sun has positive effects on the mood, supports vitamin D production in the skin and can improve some skin diseases. However, excessive exposure leads to accelerated skin ageing, can cause specific skin reactions and increases the risk of skin cancer.
Considering acute skin reactions, ultraviolet B (UVB) rays cause mainly sunburn while UVA rays trigger most allergic reactions.
Both types of UV light cause chronic damages.
*Chronic effects of UV rays:
-UVB:
dryness, itching, loss of elasticity, wrinkles, pigmented spots, risk of benign and malignant tumors
-UVA:
accelerated ageing of the skin, loss of elasticity ( damage to collagen fibers), pigmented spots, risk of skin cancer, blood vessel damages

These situations increase UV intensity as a result of reflected rays :
-Sitting on the sand : +25%
-Swimming: +50%
-Skiing on the snow : +90%

*Protection :
The human skin develops natural defences against the damagin effects of the sun. Its darkens over time, it partially thickens and a repair mechanism can mend damages inside cells.
However, these natural mechanisms take time to develop and are limited in scope, especially in sun sensitive skins such as skin type I and II.
Furthermore, all skin types are particularly at risk
-in spring and early summer, when natural defences did not have time to develop
-in extreme exposures such as by the sea, in the snow, on high mountains, and in tropical areas, where sun intensity is very high
Therefore, from medical point of view, the skin needs additional protection by the simple rules of behavior and by using an appropriate sun protectant, adapted to each skin type

*When exposed to sunlight, follow the basic rules of behavior :
-Avoide direct sun exposure between 11 am and 3 pm.
-Wear a T-shirt, a hat and sunglasses
-About 60% of the UV rays reach the ground in cloudy weather - protect ur skin in this case too.
-Glass does not block UVA rays - even when u travel u r exposed to UVA.
-Sun dries out the skin - use hydrating lotions after sun exposure.
-Do not use perfume of after-shave before sun exposure - it increases risk of allergens.
