The rap we're seeing today is taking the lights away from the rap you're talking about. And this new version of songs SUCKS as you noticed that too, so.. I find the first thing to change the people's point of views is changing the type name of this music. Although the stats says that 98% of people today over the world are rap fans..

Dude, I dont think so. I mean everyone (almost) started listening to rap as music. No one starts with rock. So I think that most people have listened to rap as a genre and not just stupid rappers.

Anywayz, Today's rap is: what you referred to as stupid fake rappers , and all this.
How do you expect Anyone who appreciates good music to like them.
Besides even the good rap like Eminem, Tupac, etc is totally different from rock , better yet metal. So rock/metal fans might even not like good rap because it's a different taste. However, I dont think that good rap should be despised, I appreciate it, especially eminem, who is really special in this genre. So I think that good rappers should not be despised, If you don't like their music, just don't listen to it.

Besides, I once heard that 92% of teenagers in this world ( if not more) are rap fans. And I think that the biggest % of this 92% are likers of stupid and fake rappers and this group. So I think the true rap fans should start themselves to Like good music so that Metal/rock fans can start to appreciate it.

well Rap is the first rebel music ever existed since slavery era, Afro man started their own kind of revolution by singing abstract lyrics using percussion instrument, by time this kind of music has progressed and rythimic instruments such bass and piano were added to be known as blues music wich is the root of all rock music. the deal here that even the best rappers ur talkin about arent real musicians they are more like poets or rebels who perform to deliver a message through tough and rythmic lyrics.
so in conclusion it's not that rockers hate rappers or vice versa it's about who make good music and who dont. even rockers hate bands with mediocre music like rappers hate rappers with shitty lyrics

Ok, I might have put it in a weird way. What I meant to say is that since most rappers( in general) like stupid rap, they cannot expect Rock/metal fans to like rap. Once rap fans start to listen to the true rap as u call it, Maybe , The rap music can start to get appreciation from rock and other music fans.

Dude, most people listen to the most unknown rapper probably before even listening to famous bands like Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin. So All rock fans have actually listened to eminem at some point in their lives.

I only appreciate one guy in the rap industry , now hes dead, 2pac shakur , the rest can ******&*#^(##$#*( , 2pac has some awesome songs with awesome songs, but the thing is that i cant listen to rap , it jst doesnt go with my mood , i rarely listen to 2pac , when i hear rap i feel wrong , so i switch fastly back to roknmetal ....
