lately, we heard serious talks that Nassib lahoud is the favorite feb 14 candidate , and many signs show that he'll be their candidate .
and it seems there's a deal between USA , KSA and france ,to assign Nassib as a new president. on the other hand, syria won't mind such deal . and all those foreign powers are pushing forward that decision , and forcing their will against the lebanese people's will . we'll be ruled by a new equation : Nassib Lahoud or the Chaos ! what do you prefer ?? |

Not nassib lahoud for sure because if he was elected in an non official way chaos will start so in both ways there's chaos, However as it seems another government will be created headed by General Sleiman so basically i think 14feb their own plan, plans geagea and jumblat type (fehemkon kfeye)

Noooo...No matter what happens we cannot live with Nassib Lahhoud being the president...We need someone in the middle, for example General Sleiman or Riad Salameh...In this case, i'd choose caos...With or without Nassib Lahhoud, chaos is gonna happen, so why let him be president?

I think from even an objective point of view, regardless whether we like Lahoud or not that in the course of his political activities, he is ranked from the people's side as a poor and weak president.
We can ask ourselves a question: how much from the lebanese people Nassib Lahoud represent, was he ever a man of his words and above all didn't he pass by anjar like everybody else, what are his achievments towards Lebanon? If we see all these sections and analyse them, he will get a low rank. So now i think from a subjective point of view that electing Lahoud will lead at the end to the chaos in Lebanon, so we must decline this candidancy from the first place coz we already had enough from the puppets, we don't one more.

We also have to ask the following questions:
The Opposition is united and has one Candidate, but the "Pro-Government" Alliance has yet to name one. Furthermore, several of their members have announced their candidacy. Why don't they come clean and let us know who is their one candidate? Are they divided, or do they not want to reveal? If they are not divided, isn't it strange that they would only reveal him or her days or minutes before a possible election? If that is done, is that fair to the Lebanese people? Who knows, maybe there is a "Secret" candidate who will attempt to steal the elections at the last moment... |

However as you said they had 2 candidates who announced their candidature to the presidency post and still they tell us that they have a name and will say it on time lol. However they won't have a last minute name, it never happened in Lebanon and never will because presidents were always brought by the acceptation of most of Lebanese the elections in the parliament was always for official purposes.
